Contemporary modern extension to existing residence. Architect owners conceived alterations and additions to marry old and new and create a dynamic contemporary home. The existing residence consisted of a double fronted three bedroom Edwardian, additions more than doubled the original building area footprint.
40 square+ Caulfield property situated on a large allotment of over 900sqm was virtually rebuilt with major alterations and additions. The works were carried out in keeping with the existing style of the late 1930’s property.
Extensive rebuild of large Malvern property. The traditional style two story residence was rebuilt virtually from ground up and required construction of many ornate and period features such as inlaid ceilings and bannister staircases.
Alterations and major addition to existing 1940's Toorak House. The original residence was extensively rebuilt with basement cellar, rear extension, tennis court and pool being added.
