Malvern Traditional - Traditional Refurbishment

Project Description

Extensive rebuild of large Malvern property. The traditional style two story residence was rebuilt virtually from ground up and required construction of many ornate and period features such as inlaid ceilings and bannister staircases. Renovation works also included foundation work to stabilise site for construction. Extensive consultation with owners was required throughout, as well as the co-ordination of aspects such as pool and tennis court construction.

Period details were exact throughout with features such as pedestal sinks and imported finishes including marble and granite surfaces.
